Barcelona-El Prat Airport

Arrivals

Barcelona-El Prat airport follows the criteria for the use of terminals by airlines, regardless of the destination or origin of the flight, with the arrival of flights in both T1 and T2.

> What terminal does your flight arrive at?

In T1, once they pass the boarding gate, passengers must locate the baggage reclaim carousel associated with their flight. Passengers coming from a non Schengen country must go through passport control before entering the baggage reclaim hall. If they are coming from a Schengen country, on their route towards the exit, passengers will pass through the Sky Centre to get to the baggage reclaim hall. The baggage reclaim hall is used for all flights from both Schengen and non Schengen destinations. After collecting their luggage, passengers will leave the baggage reclaim area and will enter La Plaza, the waiting point for those accompanying them and the gateway between T1, the public car park, the intermodal lobby and the taxi, bus, shuttles and vehicle hire services.

The Barcelona-Madrid Air Corridor, which houses the Air Shuttle, has its own space in the north dock of TI. It has a baggage reclaim carousel, in addition to a taxi rank and direct access to the car park.

T2 has three baggage reclaim halls situated on the ground floor of each of its three areas: A, B and C. The T2 general lobby can be accessed from these areas.
