Departures
Passengers can obtain full flight information on the teleindicators and monitors that show flight time details and the desk numbers for passengers to check in their luggage.
There are also several Airport information points located on both the Arrivals and Departures floors where passengers can ask for any information regarding flights.
Check-in is carried out on the lower floor, and the waiting and boarding area are on the upper floor.
In the check-in area, passengers can use 65 desks, a permanent passenger information service, passenger service offices and ticket sales offices for the different airlines, tour operator offices, self-service cafeteria, ATM services, automatic check-in machines, pharmacy, first aid and a shopping area. The check-in area has a large terrace with a cafeteria-grill which means you can enjoy the island's good weather whilst you are waiting for the arrival or departure of a flight.
Boarding takes place on the first floor. This area has a varied range of shops and catering, as well as an Airport information point, a cash machine, a large terrace and a children's play area.
The shopping area has several cafeterias and restaurants and a large variety of shops where you can find the perfect gift for your return: men's, women's and children's fashion and accessories, costume jewellery, gift shops, sports clothes and accessories, sweet shop, delicatessen products and newspapers, magazines and books.
