Santiago Airport
Environmental Management
Following Aena Aeropuertos' Quality and Environment Policy, Santiago Airport is committed to carrying out airport activities and services to users and customers according to environmentally sustainable models, without compromising future development possibilities.
With this in mind, in 2003 an environmental management system was implemented, with UNE-EN ISO 14001 certification. This certification is periodically renewed. Over the years this system has proved beneficial, contributing to reducing the consumption of natural resources and the production of waste, among other collective achievements.
