How can I return a book?
Changes and returns will only be accepted in the case of defective products or wrong deliveries, within ten days of reception, in which case the Aena Documentation and Publication Centre will pay for the return and new delivery expenses. Before returning an item, please call Customer Service to be advised on the best way to return an order.
How can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet been sent. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service.
